I am very excited to announce that Cherry - GCHP* Wayland's Wild Cherry Lifesaver BN RN DS CA CGC has been bred to Wilson - GCH* Bohemia's Lost Castaway AKA Wilson. This is a very special breeding as we recently lost Wilson. He will forever remain one of my most special dogs. Cherry was bred as part of a frozen semen breeding and we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of puppies. Please see links below to parents' pedigrees and OFA health clearances.

The most recent Bohemia litter was whelped Fall 2022 and was a very nice litter produced by Hudson - GCH Chesastar Hudson Bay bred to Cherry - GCHP* Wayland's Wild Cherry Lifesaver BN RN DS CA CGC. These puppies are now on the scene showing in the puppy classes and I expect big things from a few of these nice young pups.

Introducing AKC GCHP* Wayland’s Wild Cherry Lifesaver BN RN DS CA CGC, affectionately known as “Cherry” or “Cherry Bomb.” Cherry is an extremely athletic bitch with good movement and a wonderful coat. She has competed and excelled in conformation, dock diving, lure coursing, and FAST CAT competition, achieving titles in Conformation, Obedience and Rally and holds a Canine Good Citizen title. Cherry is the youngest and first Chesapeake Bay Retriever bitch to achieve Platinum title status and has twice received an Award of Merit at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show in New York. Cherry is currently ranked the #2 Chesapeake Bay Retriever in the country in Breed and All Breed points and in March of 2020 held the #1 spot. Cherry has also won Best of Opposite Sex at the Royal Canin dog shows in Orlando, FL, qualifying her to compete at Crufts in England. She is one of my most special dogs and I can't wait to see Cherry's puppies!

GCHB* Pond Hollow Blue Ridge Rebel DJ "Jeb"
is a gorgeous deadgrass male with a powerful build, lovely conformation, and a true intensity for the water. His show accomplishments include multiple Group Placements, a Bronze Grand Championship title, and has finished amongst the Top 20 Chesapeake Bay Retrievers nationally in Breed point rankings several years. Jeb has sired many successful litters, one of which produced the 2017 American Chesapeake Club National Speciality Winners Bitch & Best of Winners. Most recently Jeb swept the weekend at the 2020 Maryland Sporting Dog Association dog shows, taking Best of Breed all days and was awarded a Sporting Group 4th amongst a highly competitive field of top Sporting dogs. Jeb is an absolute joy to live with and brings a kind, devoted, and vigilant personality. His temperament is outstanding and he has a track record of consistently producing very nice puppies. We expect big things from this litter.
